TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Children: up to 4 years old, free; 4 to 12 years old, 50% discount.
Departure and arrival times are estimated, and must be confirmed at the reception desk or by e-mail (reservas@portanovach.pt).
The tours take place between 9 am and 6 pm.
Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Premium Tours will not be refunded in case of cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the tour booked date.
Exclusive Tours will not be refunded in case of cancellation in less than 48 hours prior to the tour booked date.
Payment can be made in cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Porta Nova Collection House has all the necessary insurances for the practice of touristic activities according to the Portuguese law.
